In one of the wildest accusations from the entire trial between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, the actor’s finger was severed during an altercation between the two. Amber Heard vehemently denied cutting it off but there is new evidence that proves she actually did. It comes from the testimony of Jennifer Howell that wasn’t shown in the trial as part of the evidence.
All the case’s documents were unsealed after Johnny Depp’s fans decided to pay a collective $3,000 to unseal them. The decision to do this backfired on Depp himself but it also showed a few more details of the abuse he suffered from Heard. Whitney Henriquez (Amber Heard’s sister) reportedly confessed to Howell that Amber Heard was the one who severed Johnny Depp’s finger.
Howell’s testimony was reduced at the trial.
Howell’s testimony was shown at the trial but only a small part of it, the following quotes were left out: “And she goes, ‘She cut off his finger. She cut off his finger.’ And then she bolted out the door and was like, ‘I got to call somebody. I got to call somebody.’ It was Amber and Johnny, and she apparently had thrown a bottle and cut off his finger, is what (Henriquez) reported when she came back in from whoever she talked to outside.”
Whitney Henriquez had a close relationship with her boss at the time (Howell) and she trusted her with information of his caliber. That incident in Australia was one of the most talked-about throughout the trial but this information wasn’t revealed to the public for some reason. Amber Heard denied she had anything to do with Johnny Depp’s severed finger but this proved she is responsible for that.
Also, there is video evidence of Whitney confirming Amber Heard used to beat her. Even more evidence of a person who commited abuse towards the people closest to her.
